and general GI discomfort.
She has tried gluten-free diet, vegan diet, GX Assist/PB Assist, Slim
+ Sassy, Zendocrine (not all at the same time, of course!) and seen a
nutritional analyst (using Zyto Compass) and taken all the supplements
he recommended. Nothing makes any difference. She has just started the
LLV 2 days ago.
Prior to starting LLV, she was taking 10 magnesium tablets a day and
only having a bowel movement every 3-4 days. She's now asking if she
can keep taking the magnesium with the LLV because she hasn't had a BM
since last week!
I suggested that maybe she should keep taking the magnesium, but taper
off over 10 days, taking one less each day.
Can anyone suggest anything else she can try, or would you just
persist with the LLV?
