I would suggest that you start with the Life Long Vitality supplements. We have many
of our expecting mom's using LLV as their supplements.
I would suggest you start the DigestZen as a regular protocol while your system starts
to heal.
I would take 3-4 drops in a small swig of water first thing in the morning. I would then
rub a little ginger on the tummy.
Whatever you eat make sure it is good for you and just do small amounts. I'm sure you
already know that and have probably tried just about everything.
You might like trying these suggestions and let us know if you need more help.
