[Everything doTERRA] Re: sugar scrub

That's basically all it is... sugar! I like brown or white sugar.
Add a carrier oil. (Sometimes the amount is 1:1 for sugar:oil but not
always, it just needs to be held together. Don't over think this.)
Coconut oil is good, but so is almond, jojoba, grapeseed, etc. Add a
few drops of EO of your choice. The smells differ so much it's kinda
by smell or use and see. Start with a few and add and add as needed.
I do this when I do a class and have it in a small mixing bowl in the
kitchen by the sink and ask people if they want to wash their hands
with it and maybe only one elbow (to feel the difference). People are
smelling their hands constantly during a class, kinda funny! My fav
is of course, citrus bliss, wild orange, grapefruit.
