You can also do Frankincense and Marjoram together in a capsule. Just experiment with what works for you. Also, my pain is not gone with these combos but is greatly lessened. Maybe taking the capsules internally and also using oils topically will take care of it for you. When the knee is bandaged, use the oils on the opposite knee.

I can not take any opiates, I can chest tightness and have a hard time breathing. I am going in for a total knee replacement. I have been looking in to the Morphine Bomb. There are a few different ways to make it? I am new to Doterra and need any advise I can get.
