I couldn't taste any veggies in the lemon. To me they are not as dense as some bars I have tried. This morning I tried the apricot and it did have a veggie/apricot taste and was not as sweet as the lemon was. I would suggest you try a box of the lemon at first. If you don't like it maybe have the rest as available for people to try if they are interested.
