Thank you for responding Ms. Pat as I was hoping you would. Do you have any suggestions on the rinse/oil pull time frame to start if there is already pain, soreness & swelling in the inside of my mouth in the extracted area. I read a post you posted years ago that you personally waited until the fourth day after your extraction to oil pull. May, I ask what did you do the days after leading to the fourth after the extraction as far as internal wise? --Thank you.
