[Everything doTERRA] RE: using essential oils

Hi Tami:

I lived for 25 plus years in Portland.  I now reside in Washington.
Do you know about: The American College of Healthcare Sciences on SW Hood Ave in Portland?
What do yo think of their oils?

Do you or anyone else in the group  know any protocols for eyes -  a condition called dry eye  which is constant tearing actually - and re: cataracts?

Do you have any ideas regarding treating a dog's ears?  I have tried some essential oils , maybe not diluted enough, because I think my dog had a sensitivity reaction to basil or clove or rosemary or teatree oil.   It is hard to know which.

Sticking with coconut oil and cleaning with witch hazel .  Maybe will try some of the other essential oils again soon.
thanks for your help,
Judy

Debra, where do you live? If you are in the Portland Oregon area, I would be happy to chat with you.
The other thing you can do, go onto Facebook, there are many doTERRA teams/groups on there that chat.

I don't think I want to go the capsule route. someone mentioned the capsules are made of carengenen and I already  have problems with that.

How do you now what oils need to be taken with food and such?
I either have taken them straight.. like the on guard.. or put it in a shotglass and mixed it with water.

what is PB assist?

I really wish I had someone who uses the oils for a long time.. to call me and chat and help me figure it out. The woman who sold me them travels, is very busy and had a young toddler and I don't get the sense she really has time to chat. I have so many questions. I reached out to the person above her on her up line and she friended me on facebook but has not said she will work with me. I just wrote her again. If she doesn't have time for me, I'll reach up to the person above her.

I bought the book that was reccomended. But I have tons of questions and I want to talk to a real person .. someone who either uses it and sells it.. or just uses it.

Thanks so much,
Debra

Ingesting Oils...i only use cptg oils so i feel confident when ingesting.  For my seasonal allergies that put me to bed. I have been using Lemon Lavender and Peppermint
I begin with 3 drops each in a small amount of water morning and night. When pollen count is very high i may use up to 5 drops each 3 times a day. I can sleep i can function i can breathe. I have been doing this now for 5 years. I use to take 2 Zyrtec 2 times a day and use nasal spray...so bad...but now i feel wonderful.  Would never be without my oils.

I would like to find out more about ingesting the Doterra oils. How safe it is... how about if you do more than one or two? How long has this been monitored? are there some conditions where it might be harmful? What happens if you don't dillutte  what says you should dilute and you just drink lots of water afterwards?

Is there anyone who has been experimenting for a long time with ingesting the oils?

I would like to talk to you.

Thanks so much,
Debra
