Hi Joni just to back up Pats comments , a couple of years ago now I tore my Tendon in the back of my Lower Leg , had X-rays etc. the Physio said this will take 3-4 months ,
Now in addition to his Work 3 times a week i used lemongrass – After 2 Month it was total fixed
These sort of Injuries keep Footballers on the side line for 3 Month -
That Australian Rugby League or Union Players

Yes Lemongrass is a good one, for ligament maintenance, along with marjoram and vetiver. Also I wonder if you are on the Life Long Vitality, if not I would consider it along with DDR prime gel caps daily.
