[Everything doTERRA] Re: Newbie question and notifications

If you watch the virtual office training videos it is very helpful.  It really helps know where and how to find stuff.  They are all very short.  3 minutes each or so.  How you find it is go into your virtual office, click on the purple dashboard tab, when that opens, on the right hand side about halfway down the page is where you can find doterraeveryday.  click on that.  when that opens up, on the left hand side there are options--click on doterra university.  When that opens, it will give you the option to go into the new doterrauniversity.  click here.  click on that.  when it opens, on the top in small black letters on the far right it will say virtual office training.  click on that.  click on each category.  You can watch all the videos there.  very good.  excellent for all.  Hope that helps.

I understand how LRP, POM etc work, but not my personal website.  A friend informed me they placed an order through my website (wanted to try them out first before becoming and advocate). I have not received any notification through my email about this order or see it listed anywhere (that I can find) on my back office. Do I have something set up wrong?
