I an still trying to mend my skin from a severe photoallergic reaction to medications.
I keep aloe gel, Vitamin e, and carrot oil in the refrigerator. When I walk by I put the gel and Vitamin E on my skin. Add carrot oil once and awhile.
I have found milk and colloidal oatmeal a godsend. Make a paste and put it on affected area for 10 minutes. Gently remove it with warm cloth. Works for the itch.
I follow it with an oil serum of argan, jojoba, and rosehip. I add vitamin E, geranium, clary sage and helichrymus. It works for my skin.
I make unrefined shea whipped butter and add vitamin E, lavender, geranium and chamomile oils. It's very moisturizing but make sure to wash your hands or your tablet will be greasy like mine
But I can't say enough about doing the milk and oatmeal. Might want to try witch hazel or apple cider vinegar for itch relief then follow with oils.
Hope this helps.
