I have been a happy doTERRA and EO user since January of this year. I have found it amazing to help with UTI and common flu and cold. In March, out of no where I started losing my eye sight followed by horrible head aches and vision problems. After a month and a half of being on anti seizure medication, I finally saw a neurologist who diagnosed me with cluster rental migraines. He ordered me to get off the Depakote immediately as it was not good for my liver. He then ordered me to start on noratriplyine at night to work as a preventive for these episodes.
-- During this time I struggled to find an oil that helped me. Wild orange always helped calm me down in the middle of an episode but i tried all I could get my hands on. Eventually along with the medication I came to find Frankincense and Balance mixed together started to help. As I tapered down on the Depakote I ended up with a horrible UTI... i immediately used the protocol I have used before and nothing... for days, i tried Purify, On guard, Oergeno, lemon ect.. and i continued to get worse.. after 6 days of giving the oils a try I woke up with a high fever and in consent pain.. off to the hospital i went and was diagnosed with an aggressive kidney infection, yayyy!! I was bummed my oils did not work for me.
I continued using my oils on a daily bases... while taking only new medication... which had a side effect of drying out the mouth... which it did intensely... next thing you know my throat swells into the size of a golf ball... go to the dr, find out I had a stone form in my saliva gland which was causing my glad to swell and was infected. i rubbed oregano on side, used On guard, Lemon ect... which i could not find any info to this particular issue on eeoils.me or the book. The dr put me on antibiotics for the infection... two days later I break out in a horrible red, itchy rash all over my body... back to dr... diagnosed with allergic reaction to the antibiotics. (Are you kidding me?) As of yesterday I passed the stone through my saliva gland (weirdest thing in the world) but now Im on new antibiotics and I'm still covered, actually it continues to spread, of this itchy, ugly red patchy rash all over my face, neck and now moving to my stomach and legs....
I have used lavender but it just does not seem to be doing the trick...
Does anyone have any suggestions for me to have better luck using my oils??? please
