Dr. Hill very seldom monitors his emails, when you get hundreds a day it is just overwhelming and he travel over 300 days per year. He has assistants but that too takes a lot of time to hear anything.
I would suggest you apply Frankincense, Helichrysum and Myrrh (one drop each in palm of hand), apply to vocal cord area. Also put 3 drops of Frankincense under his tongue. I would be applying the topical at least three times a day and internally twice a day.
I would make a throat spray, in a small glass spray bottle fill 2/3rd with water, then add 10-15 drops lemon, peppermint and lavender. Spray to the back of the throat a few times a day or as needed (or fill the need).

His vocal cords are closing, he speaks in a whisper. He is on a CPAC machine at night. She is afraid he will not be able to breathe soon and pass. Please....we are desperate.
