You can put 3 drops of Frankincense under your tongue or in a capsule, do it daily. However if I were dealing with migraines, I would take 2-3 drops of Frankincense and 2-3 drops of Balance and rub it on the back of the neck and the inside of the wrists.

He uses PastTense daily which he feels has slowed them down somewhat, but we are willing to try whatever else we can. Frank on the roof of his mouth hasn't helped with the pain while having a migraine nor has peppermint, PastTense, morphine bomb of frank and oregano, nor wintergreen.
