Hi, my mother had a bad case of ibs. I suggested for her to take PB assist regularly and digestzen for relief. It worked wonders and she loved it and didn't go without them! You could also try terrazyme before every meal. Digestzen capsule is awesome too! Ginger may work for you too. Hope it goes away soon. I've suffered cause-unknown diarrhea for a long time and it was not fun. Mine was completely severe stress related plus lactose issue.
