Try exercising only 3 to 4 days a week instead of 5 to 6 or cut back to 30 min. I use to run a lot ....6 days a week, and my period would stop. It was weird , but slowing my body down did make a big difference.
I would also try oils that help you relax ....like vetiver and bergamot. sometimes the body just gets worked up and needs more rest time.

-- You seem to be taking care of yourself very well. There are many other questions, such as when your period should be coming do you have some of the symptoms? This is perplexing and it really could be a number of things but I would suggest getting a wellness check with your physician. It's just a matter of taking good care of your body, which it looks like you are doing.Pat--On Thu, Jun 19, 2014 at 11:11 PM, Kris <krazykris1@gmail.com> wrote:
--Okay, I'm officially frustrated and could use some help from anyone who has worked through this. Please!!!I haven't had a period in over three months and no I'm not pregnant. It's not my Thyroid because that isn't anywhere in my family history and I've never had any other issues that would indicate this now or ever in the past. It'd be really weird for all of a sudden to suddenly develop thyroid issues now and not show any other signs of thyroid problems.I lost a little more than 20 pounds beginning in December til about June. I am 28 years old, 5'6" and now weigh 130 ish pounds. I've never lost that much weight before barring the experience of having a baby three years ago. :) I exercise about 45 mins a day 5-6 days a week. I drink lots of water (80 oz or so a day). I get about 7 hours on average of sleep per night. My stress levels are low. I have a low sugar diet. I don't eat much by way of grains with the exception of the 1/2 cup of oatmeal I have with breakfast. I do have breads on occasion but it's not an everyday thing. I eat whole foods, raw foods, fruit, vegetables, healthy fats, dairy, & lean proteins (I'm not vegan or vegetarian). I have no food allergies or sensitivities. I eat the way I do because I choose to not because I have to. I have some portion controlled meal replacements that I eat a few of as snacks through out the day. I eat 6 small meals each day and that comes to about 2000 calories. So I'm not starving myself. :) I am not on birth control or any other form of medication. I have no other known health issues. I had missed some periods before in the past but upon taking LLV and Phytoestrogen that resolved itself pretty quickly. I thought it would this time too but it hasn't and I'm not sure what else to do.What I've been doing?LLV 1/2 dose for a year. Bumped up to a full dose for almost a month now.Phytoestrogen 1 capsule for a month. I'm now doing 2 a day (maybe 1-2 weeks now).Rubbing Clary Sage and Basil in my lower abdomen and around insides & outsides of both ankles twice daily. Been doing this for a few weeks. I've done just Clary Sage before that for a week. And before that I was using just Solace for about a week. I've tried putting Solace on tampons and slept in them overnight but that's off and on.I don't want to be poked and prodded at a doctor's office if I can avoid it. I don't want drugs. I'm really hoping for a natural solution and hopefully one that isn't going to be too difficult to implement. Has anyone dealt with this sort of thing before? Thanks in advance for any advice!Kris
