You may be able to find a Dr. Hill video on the topic of Allergies and oils, if he addresses it, it's only briefly.  What you may consider is that the constituents in the oil are different than the components that make up the pollen, the grass, the bark, sap, leaves, petals, roots, etc. of the plant, so learning what part of the plant the oil is sourced for that particular oil may make all the difference.  I have hay fever and other allergies.  I don't have major issues with any of the oils, but occasionally I will sneeze with clary sage, lemongrass, roman chamomille or Eucalyptus.  Lemongrass undiluted also makes me itch. Personally the oils are so worth finding out which ones may trigger an allergic reaction and which ones won't because of the multitude of benefits they offer.  Imagine using plants such as the Tri-Ease trio (lemon, lavender, and peppermint) to combat the allergies caused by plants.  So awesome to have a natural, safe choice.  I would imagine that much of the citrus oils are a good place to start since they are cold pressed from the rind.  I would also have the discussion about synthetics, where they are derived from (copy cats of plants only they are a mirror image and therefore do not function the same as a plant, and they are fake therefore our body doesn't recognize them as safe and often doesn't know how to use them) and why they are secondary to the real thing.

I would appreciate any advice so I can someone give a Mom an educated answer when addressing using essential oils for her kids that has severe allergies to tree pollen and grass. The Mom fears using the oils with her boys because of their allergies. Thank you in advance for your help!
