Personally the oils are so worth finding out which ones may trigger an allergic reaction and which ones won't because of the multitude of benefits they offer.  Imagine using plants such as the Tri-Ease trio (lemon, lavender, and peppermint) to combat the allergies caused by plants.  So awesome to have a natural, safe choice.  I would imagine that much of the citrus oils are a good place to start since they are cold pressed from the rind.  I would also have the discussion about synthetics, where they are derived from (copy cats of plants only they are a mirror image and therefore do not function the same as a plant, and they are fake therefore our body doesn't recognize them as safe and often doesn't know how to use them) and why they are secondary to the real thing.
