[Everything doTERRA] Re: BAD Diarrhea

2 drops Digestzine dotted around the navel and light spread in a circle around the navel.  Drink water with 1-2 drops of digestzin.  Should work within 30 minutes to stop the diarrhea.  you need to go to everythingessential.me and click on the health tab.  Then look up your ailment you want to treat, that are alphabetical.

For fibromyalgia, I strongly suggest Peppermint.  1 drop in a glass of water, and drink water all day long.  Do NOT drink anything caffinated or sugar.  Just water with 1  drop Peppermint in every glass.  Peppermint on the bottom of both big toes, 2 x's a day.  Diffuse Peppermint while u are sitting and by your bed where u sleep.  Peppermint will calm the inflammation of the nervous system.
