[Everything doTERRA] Itching Parotid Nerve

Hi,

I have a lady trying to calm her parotid nerve.  This nerve is mostly in front of the ear.  Her nerve goes into severe itching after eating.  She is on coumadin so by the time she is done rubbing the spot she is bleeding through the skin.   Aroma touch blend made it worse, lavender helps a little. Any ideas?   Thanks
