I have been having a lot of abdominal pain the last few months but has gotten really bad last 2 weeks. I have history of endo and cysts on that side and dilated veins on my uterus. Doc scheduled ultrasound it came back normal I am to my last resort of surgery to remove my left ovary and tube. How much is this going to affect my hormones? I always get cysts on that side and I am sure taking it out will help but also scared at the same time it won't. My surgery is Tuesday. I am open to ideas on alternate ways to help pain.
