I have read many times that heat will destroy or lessen the benefits of essential oils and yet I have read to put the oils in tea and to breathe in steam from a bowl with oils in it. My question is about diffusers. There are diffusers that you plug into an electrical outlet and also the cigarette lighter. Will there be any therpeutic benefits from using these? Thanks, Sz
