[Everything doTERRA] Arthritis Pain - is there an essential oil that can be taken orally to releive pain?

Also, I recently became a major fan of helichrysum for bad osteo arthritis pain control. Just takes a tiny bit (finger swipe on bad areas) or can be mixed with FCO and/or other oils. My current pain mix in a 10 ml rollerball is:
14 drops marjoram
14 drops lemongrass
14 drops wintergreen
14 drops geranium
2 drops helichrysum
Fill with FCO
