[Everything doTERRA] email broadcasting from your virtual office

I know a lot of you email through your virtual office---not through the message center, or it goes into their virtual office, and we know regular customers don't check their virtual offices,  but from the "email broadcasting" option, because then it goes directly to their email, not their virtual office.  For several months now when we have sent down email broadcasts our group has not been getting it much to our dismay.  We had no idea.  We kind of stumbled onto it accidentally.    After I stumbled onto the fact we started asking around.  One lady had out of 1700 only 147 receiving emails!  When we got to checking, we asked around some more and everyone was finding this to be true.  All of their emails are blocked.  Somehow it happened during the time since we have had the new virtual office, it somehow blocked them.  Now, we are trying to get doterra to unblock all of them.  One lady had 8600 blocked, another one had about 3200 blocked.  It is a big problem.  I am only sending this out because most people have not realized that it has changed.  So, we are asking people to contact your account managers to ask them to look into that.  The more people that look into it and contact them it will be easier to find the problem.  So, we have no longer been able to effectively send an email down about classes in certain areas because no one is getting them and we were totally unaware.  Try to check, and then let your account manager know.
