I would suggest layering in this order: Helichrysum, Frankincense and Wintergreen.

Helichrysum is for regenerating and restoring damaged nerves and cells

Frankincense to keep down the inflammation and also healing and scarring

Wintergreen is like liquid aspirin and helps with the pain.

I would apply lightly next to the scar area, bottom of feet

Her neck and head is where she's in a lot of pain. The drs told her not to use anything for a month but i did explain that the oils are safe to use. What would you recommend for her neck and back of the head? And in general for her to heal what oils should i be using?
