If you do indeed have RSD you need to start the LLV and the DDR prime asap. I would also apply Frankincense, Lemongrass and Wintergreen down the spine over the center of the buttox and down each leg. I am more concerned with just the bottom of the spine and then the other.
I would also start using Balance to keep you grounded and oxygenate the blood.Pat
