Check out www.learningtantra.com. Get the breathing book and a few of her recordings. Anyone can learn to climax regardless of age or size. Even women with spinal injuries and no feeling can climax. It's a learned response for most, not automatic. It's important for both you and your husband to learn how the female body works.

I had really bad plantar fascitis after the birth of my fifth bio.

Several things have made a huge difference:

Deep blue oil

Aromatouch
Frankincense

And Motion Control shoes. Do a google on these. Dont get the foot inserts with these. Just use the cushion/inserts that come with those shoes. Otherwise it lifts your feet too high and you can pronate your ankle. Bad strain.

Regular massage and stretching of the feet and calves. Doctor gave me the stretches.

It is gone now and very happy. The pain lasted year and could barely walk. With stiff feet. My feet feels brandnew.

The EO really made a huge difference!

There is a lot of hype that women should be able to climax via vaginal sex only.

Most women are able to have a climax through clitoral stimulation or would need that additional stimulation to have a vaginal organism.

Sandalwood and rose would be two oils safe to place there to possibly enhance feelings.

It is not always emotional.

It could also be basic anatomy and even hormonal based.

Some women have a shorter vagina while other have a longer vagina. The g spot for a shorter vagina maybe closer to the opening of the vagina than expected. Some people have no feelings towards the back of the vagina and more in the outer thirds of the vagina.

Some people may need certain toys to get a certain speed or vibration or pressure to climax.

Some women have a sudden tightening during intercourse that could make it painful.

A lot men do not know much about female anatomy and some have really poor skills because they were not educated properly. As a result they can physically hurt a women and thus cause her to clam up even more.

Women need to be very open about their own bodies enough to share with their husbands what kinds of touch is comfortable and stop them immediately when it is not and trust that their husband will be mature enough to not have their pride hurt.

[Everything doTERRA] Re: Asthma help

curious to hear from others as well

Our last cold in our house was able to be controlled with Breathe, Eucalyptus and Peppermint..topically and aromatically. I placed them in the bathroom and steamed us for 15 minutes once in the morning, once in afternoon and then again at night.

For allergies-i heard a combo of melaleuca and lavender and peppermint and maybe peppermint was helpful.. Maybe internally. If decreasing the allergies may help decrease the asthma flare up.

I couldn't believe the last cold we had, we did not have to increase the asthma meds for some of the kids or start them with the other kids.

[Everything doTERRA] Husband quit LLV!!

My husband quit his LLV. He was on it as a trial this month and he says it gives him severe loose stools.

Ideas? What should he do?

Why is this happening? I keep saying he is detoxing but he says he can;t work like this.

OK...I think it's my fault for starting this whole thing by asking Deb if she was still doing the file and if I could have a copy. She said she stopped a long time ago and doesn't do it anymore. (YES, I just copied Pat, the wonderful woman who came up with this great idea!!!!) I still need to go back and get everything from the beginning and will do that as time permits, but have kept up with the blog for at least three months now.

Don't anyone stress out about your chit chat!!!! I edit it out. Don't be offended if I fix a spelling mistake here and there. We all know you can really spell, but who has time to worry about the dumb computer that can't read your mind!!!! J And my whacko computer for whatever reason, sometimes sends your emails to the JUNK box (it ignores what I request that it send to the junk box – GO FIGURE). Anyway, if I miss something important, I plead the 5th! I try to remember to check the junk box but sometimes I forget.

[Everything doTERRA] Asthma help

I need help with allergy-induced asthma! The air quality has not been good in Boise lately and I'm really struggling.

I have Breathe and Peppermint, and I've been able to manage just fine with it for almost two years. I just had a major attack at the grocery store, and thank God I brought my oils with me! It literally may have saved my life! I was panicking for a minute there, thinking that I wasn't going to get on top of it! After Breathe on the chest, in the palms, and three Peppermint beadlets on my tongue...I managed to get my breathing under control.

I'm going to up my doses of LLP, and add some nettle tea daily (great antihistamine). I didn't go out in the air yesterday because I had a pretty bad attack the morning before after being outside.

Any other suggestions?
