[Everything doTERRA] Ear "problems"

A friend who'd come to one of our classes last month mentioned this &
I am wondering . . . My ear is still giving me grief. After
suffering through severe ear pain and a course of antibiotics...4-
weeks out, I still have significant hearing loss in my left ear. It
hasn't gotten better at all. I met with an ENT doc two weeks ago and
found out my eardrum is not working due to "clear fluid" (not
infection) behind my ear drum which will not allow it to move. He
said it could easily take 90 days for it to clear out, if then. He
gave me a prescription for a high dose of Prednisone, but I don't want
to take it, so I haven't [don't like Prednisone] : o ) Any
alternative idea? I need to do something...maybe I should be taking
the Prednisone?

I wondered about helichrysum or basil but I really don't know about
the "fluid" part. Any ideas? THANK YOU!
