The recipe below is one that has been given.... many times... and it worked beautifully for me....

An oil pull will help along with drinking lots of room temp. water with lemon oil.
The oil pull is: 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 drops clove, 2 drops oregano, hold all in mouth for 10 minutes gently pulling around the mouth. Spit after 10 minutes, repeat as often as needed. This oil pull will pull out infection so make sure you spit it all out. The lemon water will help flush the toxins from you system.
