[Everything doTERRA] diabetic sore on foot

I have a friend who is about 70 years old. He has a diabetic sore on
his foot and they have cut all around it to try and save the foot but
it will not heal. I am new to Essential Oils and I would like to know
if anyone can help us help him so they won't amputate his foot.
