Great idea.  I will call them too. We all should.  Last month I increased my order to get 200 points as they still had the special offer online on the first of the month to receive the four extra oils but I didn't get them with my order.  I had assumed since it was still advertised online that they had extended the offer but this was not the case.  Unfortunately the website is not always up-to-date.  To be fair, it did have the date as ending Aug 31st but it shouldn't have been online on Sept 1st to confuse people like me who update their autoship orders.
