I did GX and PB when I first started with doTERRA back in February. I have been drinking lemon in my drinking water (1 drop per 8 ounces) since the first of September, and I have done another round of GX/PB Assist in October, and am now completing the third round of GX and starting PB Assist later this week. Before September, I rarely had a cold, but since I started the detoxing I have had two colds, a sinus infection, and I am starting to sneeze again!
On the bright side, I fell asleep right away last night, something I haven't done for months.
