Marjorum or Oregano for the muscle relaxant properties, or maybe Past Tense.   I have a lot of muscle issues and Lemongrass works amazingly for me.  I had the problem many years ago with the not being able to open my hands.  I find taking LLV has really helped in the whole inflamation process.
