[Everything doTERRA] Serenity and Balance

Hi! My cousin has recently started using the oils (mainly balance and
serenity). She has been trying to get pregnant and one of our upline
recommended those oils. She's been using them for about a month and a
half and has started having her monthly every two weeks.

I am thinking that this may be a form of cleansing, but she is scared
that she's doing something wrong. She has never been completely
regular and at one time was on birth control.

Is there something else I can tell her? Do any of you have experience
with this?
