[Everything doTERRA] On Guard

I was reading in the Modern Essentials Book and it says under "On
Guard" to use with caution during pregnancy. I have a friend and
neighbor who is started to use the oils and she isn't pregnant right
now but she is planning to become pregnant in the near future. What
exactly does that mean with On Guard? Her 19 month old is sick and
has been sick more than normal and she wants to give it to her and
probably diffuse it and use it for her. Any thoughts or experiences
on using On Guard when pregnant?
