Re: [Everything doTERRA] Adrenal overload resulting in autoimmune disease.

Thank you so much, Dee.
I will make a list of your recommendations, and hopefully my friend will find some relief.!!

I actually recommend eliminating all grains, not just wheat, because the other grains contribute to blood-sugar spikes and if I remember correctly this also contributes greatly to inflammation. I am personally a walking testimony to the kind of eating eliminating my inflammation which was bad enough I just wanted to cry.

Using The Essential Life book as my reference the following are good oil to apply topically directly over the adrenals for adrenal support:
Basil / Grapefruit / Rosemary / Geranium / Ylang Ylang / Energy Blend / Detoxification blend (Zendocrine) / Invigorating Blend

The EO's suggested to support adrenals during adrenal fatique:
Basil / Black Pepper / Geranium / Rosemary / Wild Orange / Ylang Ylang / Detox Blend / Invigorating Blend

I'd suggest both topical and aromatic uses.

Dee

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Adrenal overload resulting in autoimmune disease.

I would appreciate knowing what oils would help with adrenal overload.  My client's body is now in an autoimmune mode because of this condition resulting in muscle and bone pain.  In addition, the pain meds only create constant chatter in her mind and she cannot rest or sleep soundly.  I looked at Louise Hay's info for adrenal conditions and found that there was huge need for emotional malnutrition/overproduction of crushing ideas.  I am very new at this, but my instinct is first for pain relief with the Deep Blue, and then I'm thinking some kind of blend for emotional support or something that calms anxiety.  Thank you for any input.  I am brand new at this and I don't have any oil reference books yet.
