I stopped all the LLV supplements. On introducing the Alpha CRS, just one capsule, loose stools returned. Before I was taking two capsules morning and evening, so it is no wonder diarrhea returned. The VMz and the xOmega were not a problem. I am wondering what there could be in thr Alpha CRS that would cause a cleansing reaction.
