[Everything doTERRA] Re: Business/Tax Write Off Question

I use an app called Expensify to keep track of my receipts. I photograph and file them on the app - that way I don't have a shoe box at the end of the year. I also use it to keep track of mileage used for business. Very handy!
I have no idea how this tax stuff will work out, this will be my first year over $600, so I'm a little nervous! I know someone said they write off all the oils they buy as they are used for samples and taken to workshops etc. Can I really do this?

My wife and I are just starting out our doTERRA IPC business and wanted to find out what we need to do to use it as a tax write off. Do we need to register it as an LLC or anything special to take advantage of the tax benefits?
This is our first venture with setting up a business, and don't know much about the legalities. We do have a CPA we can contact, but thought we might get some "Free" advice here first! :)
Thanks in advanced!
