I take Miralax daily and I am trying to use the DigestZen (I am nervous, b/c I have such slow motility) everytime I have tried stopping the miralax I end up in major pain. I was also thinking of trying the PB & GX Assist? Not sure if that would help re-set things. I am waiting for the trim shakes, slim & sassy and LLV supplements. Hopefully that stuff will help too!! I am saving up for the Lotus diffuser I can't wait to diffuse these amazing scents. I am also hoping that will help my children around the "witching hour" 5-7pm.

I get ingrown finger nails all the time, and have often had to take
antibiotics. I started getting two last week. I put some lemon oil on
both a few timea a day. It was still sore because the nail has to grow
out, but I never got an infection. Which has never happened before,
even when I try to treat with neosporen.
I also had a bad headache... But didnt have the right oil to treat it.
Usually after I have one I get super sleepy and stay kinda grumpy
because I get so tense. So I took some advil and then put some
pepermint oil on my temples and on the shoulders and back of my neck.
Once the medicine kicked in I felt great, the pepermint really help
relieve the extra tention that I get from them. Now I just need to
order some past tense.
I am glad to hear that digestzen helped you little guy, cant wait to
try some. I have some coming in my lrp order for june.
