I use a book entitled You can Heal Yourself by Louis Hay. It gives the
emotional situation surronding physical symptoms. For gout it says the
emotional aspects are: The need to dominate. Impatience. Anger. The
positive statement that helps to change the thinking pattern is: I am
safe and secure. I am at peace with myself and with others. As for
oils you could consider Frankincense as it helps connect the soul with
its inner light; geranium is the emotional healer; wintergreen helps
to let go of pain and anger: Serinity calms the impatient; Elevation
assist in letting go of lower vibrations and raise into higher states.
These are taken from Daniel Macdonald's book.
