I have stopped lemon in my water thinking it may have something to do with the diarrhea.
I will get some DigestZen. Apply topically or take internally?
Will the soak in a hot tub help with the UTI, or just help me relax?
Yes, I am drinking lots of water and 1/2 cup cranberry juice 3 x day.
The capsule I am taking has 2 d Frankincense in it. Would I still need it under my tongue?
