Whisper essential oil greatly decreased my milk supply. Haven't touched it since... but sure wish I could wear it! It took about 2 full days to get my supply from normal/a little excess to barely 2 ounces in a day. It freaked me out to think about using formula, but thankfully I had several bags pumped in the freezer from my excess days. It took me about 2 months to regain my milk supply to a happy level, but I did get sick with bronchitis during that time too.
Any time I start getting lumps, I apply citrus bliss and lavender on the spot 3 or 4 times a day.
Another idea is to pump and either sell or donate your milk. I've heard of people paying up to $30 an ounce for breastmilk.
Blessings,
Leah

too much milk. Last time I used herbs (because I didn't know about
doTERRA) to help. I used mullin and lobelia as a tea and a poultice
and it seemed to help, but not as quick as I hoped. I think I was on
the border of having mastitis, but it didn't develop far.
So my question is: clary sage or peppermint, or what other suggestions/
experiences. I get confused with clary sage because I've read that it
will increase milk and others say it decreases it.
