I would suggest the 30 day cleanse to start and I would add Melissa to the protocol. I would do a drop of Melissa on my thumb and then pressed to the roof of the mouth. This would be done daily, along with the cleanse and drinking a lot of water with lemon to flush the toxins.

This will take time but you will be amazed at what your body can do if given the correct tools.
