Re: [Everything doTERRA] MS

Ditto what Pat said. Following personal inspiration on it. I know you don't want to mess with your milk supply once milk comes in but MS can also really kick up after thouse Prego suppression on immune response regection subside so we want to keep it chill. Id probably start adding the fennel early prior to delivery and milk coming in. To try and keep the effects of the peppermint in that one way at bay.

If I were her Id also be using Immortalle up spine to suboxipital lobe 2x a day. Frank under toung, LLV. Eating no to low sugar, eating a rainbow a day with a good healthy diet. Lav at night. Balance daily. Citrus in water. We want to chill the MS & get it healing and I wonder if pregnancy is not actully a great opportunity where the immune system is more chill and a great time to do that. Just a thought. Also curious if

TeraZyme can maybe help too. So if our soft tissue reguries enzymes to repair. (Stephanie sais so in her prego book) While mylin is not soft tissue neither is grey matter. We have a lot of soft tissue that gets bruised + during late pregnacy & birth. So if you are giving your body extra enzymes that is one less stress in the body to not help trigger an exacerbation. Thinking out load but thoreticly that could be helpful.

PS: I am still working on that book with hubby & teaching a Beat the MonSter class in Anchorage end of Sep early Oct. We are also working out the kinks of our online classes & will have one coming up. :)
