Cassia is my new favorite oil. It helps calm the body and stops diarhea. I know TMI - but if you find that your DigestZen isn't doing the trick to stop the frequent trips to the bathroom, maybe you need the hot stuff. I did. It was actually an answer to prayer! This is a HOT OIL so it BURNS! It is best to use a drop EO with LOTs of FCO on abdomen or apply to bottom of feet or take in a capsule internally. I did it all and even put the drops directly in my mouth. OMG!!!!
