[Everything doTERRA] Sore bottom results in breakout on chest

I have a friend who used Onguard and FCO on her daughter's sore bottom. The next morning the four-year-old had a breakout on her chest. I recommended she use the Onguard and FCO only on feet and put diluted lavender oil on bottom. ANy suggestions?
