The saying goes "when in doubt use frankincense". Frankincense is wonderful for healing because it repairs damaged cells. It also helps with inflammation. If it were me I would use Frankincense or Immortelle first. A drop in some coconut oil and rub it on as lotion. I can't imagine the pain you have to deal with. I hope you find relief soon!
