[Everything doTERRA] Blood cloth in placenta: which oils and where to apply?

I was asked for help, and I want to make sure to give the best suggestion possible. This person is pregnant and has a blood clot in her placenta which is stopping her from producing fluid for the baby. She would like to know what oils to use.
This is a very delicate matter, and while I know that clove, fennel and thyme are the oils that are suggested for blood clots, I would like to know if any of you has had any experience with this specific situation.
Would it be appropriate to apply clove or thyme on the belly or better under the feet?

Thank you,
Michelina
