[Everything doTERRA] Replacement for Extra-strength Tylenol

I am having cataract surgery on Monday and have been told I can take Extra-strength Tylenol, Advil, or a prescribed "stronger" pain pill if needed.  I really don't want to take any of those.  Is there an oil I can use instead?
