I know someone who has successfully used DigestZen for this exact purpose &it worked like a charm. Both she & her grandson were able to eat ice cream w/out tummy or digestive upset. They just applied a drop to their abdomen after eating ice cream. I would also think Terrazyme would be beneficial for this...
And although it is a non-doterra suggestion if she has access to RAW milk in Argentina it may also eliminate her problem;) Hope this works for her.
