Be incredibly careful!!! Make sure the dentist uses every precaution. And I would recommend taking Cilantro in caps 3x a day for a couple of weeks around the process. That stuff nearly killed me! (The amalgam, not the cilantro!)

P.S.... the suggestion made above about using lemon oil in the water would be useful, I would think. My husband has used lime.

There is an account or was at one time on Green Smoothie Girls website of a mom who used oils in her little one with a mouth full of cavities and fed him green smoothies and she reported all his teeth healed themselves. It was a dotera mom. The body needs great nutrition to make repairs. I have had visible cracks in my teeth heal and decided gums come back down my teeth and retighten. I do not have an extreme diet.

Sugar is the great inflammatory- cutting it out can be very helpful. I love LLV, a great raw lunch, trying to include a rainbow of foods in the diet. Green smoothies...eating higher quality foods gives our body better building blocks. But I don't think we need to get stressed out about a boat load of changes, one think at a time, step by step.

[Everything doTERRA] Post concussion syndrome

I hit my head on concrete two weeks ago. No fracture or bleed (had CT scan a week later because headaches were pretty bad). Headaches have subsided a bit. Biggest problems are lack of concentration and overall weakness. I've been using frankincense daily both internally, on brain acupressure points on big toes, and back of neck/jaw. I'm also using balance daily too. Any other suggestions?
