[Everything doTERRA] Can On Guard cleaner be used on goat udder

We are getting milk goats & I would prefer to use doTERRA products instead of chemicals to clean the udder prior to milking. Does anyone have any experience using On Guard cleaner for that??

[Everything doTERRA] Re:

I would love to be added too!  Thank you!

Hi Everyone!

I must say it's a lot of fun getting to know you all through this fun blog! I look forward to someday putting faces to all your names!  Thank you all for your fun chat, helpful suggestions, and touching testimonials!

Many of you have seen Pat's incredible file box she began putting together when the blog was started.  It's a remedy box for those of you who don't know about it.  She began copying your emails from this blog and categorizing and filing.  She has the box wherever she goes.  I decided I wanted to do the same.  So for the past few months I have been putting my own together from the blog.  It's been a work in progress as I just grab a few minutes here and there and work on it.  It takes TIME!  But what I have done and will continue to do, I am happy to share with anyone who wants to send me their email address.

Just know that each time I sit down to work on this, I see how I can improve so it's far from professional quality.  I started without editing then started adding names, now I think I will also add an email address.  Then if in the future someone wants to talk to that person about their testimonial, they have quick access.

What I have done is formatted width wise for 5X7 cards. If it's lengthy info, you have to decide where to cut for your card.  For me, I simply print on my white paper, cut and paste on a 5X7 card and put in an alphabetized photo album box. It's formatted to print starting at the top left corner of the paper.  (YES, I just copied Pat, the wonderful woman who came up with this great idea!!!!)  I still need to go back and get everything from the beginning and will do that as time permits, but have kept up with the blog for at least three months now.

Don't anyone stress out about your chit chat!!!!  I edit it out.  Don't be offended if I fix a spelling mistake here and there.  We all know you can really spell, but who has time to worry about the dumb computer that can't read your mind!!!! J And my whacko computer for whatever reason, sometimes sends your emails to the JUNK box (it ignores what I request that it send to the junk box – GO FIGURE).  Anyway, if I miss something important, I plead the 5th!  I try to remember to check the junk box but sometimes I forget.

I file everything on my computer in a "remedies" doTerra folder so if you just want the quick access info for future needs without printing hard copy, you can do that too.  I'm happy to share if it can help someone in any way.

Again thanks again for all the great info you all provide! Have a wonderful day!  (I'm on the road presently, so give me about a week to start sending info if you have an interest.)  BTW, feel free to forward on anyone you want.

Love and prayers,

Deb Huckstep

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Neck, shoulder, and knee pain

Thanks Pat. When I apply these oils do I just put the drop on or do I rub it in or massage it in anyway? When using more than one oil do you put them in different spots or do you put one on top of the other? In any specific order? When putting an oil on the bottom of the feet is there a certain place you put it or down the middle or? I am telling you this is all very new to me! Thanks again for your help! Sz

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Neck, shoulder, and knee pain

Because the oils have intelligence putting them on the bottom of your feet is a good way to apply. However I would suggest the following:

On your back I would apply daily, 2 drops each of Frankincense, Sandalwood and Wintergreen. It would also help if you could find someone to do an Aroma Touch Techniques for you. This could be done weekly and will make a big difference in overall health.
I would use the same oils for the shoulders.
I would also apply Balance to the bottom of the feet daily.
On the knees I suggest Frankincense and Peppermint.

Pat

I am very new to essential oils and need some help. I have a herniated disc in my C3-4 which is always sore with occasional bouts of pain. My shoulders are also sore with tightness when I try to tuck in my shirt or raising my arms, also with occasional bouts of pain. One doctor says they are related and another says no. I want to avoid more cortisone shots so would like to try oils. I also have an arthritic knee. I would like advice on which oils to try. I could maybe do 4-5 if needed. Part of the problem is I really need detailed information on how to apply them, where to apply them, and how often. I have read about putting oils on the bottom of your feet, but is that all you do or do you also rub the oils in? See, I am a complete newbie!

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Asthma help

add two drops of melaleuca to your protocol!

I need help with allergy-induced asthma! The air quality has not been good in Boise lately and I'm really struggling.

I have Breathe and Peppermint, and I've been able to manage just fine with it for almost two years. I just had a major attack at the grocery store, and thank God I brought my oils with me! It literally may have saved my life! I was panicking for a minute there, thinking that I wasn't going to get on top of it! After Breathe on the chest, in the palms, and three Peppermint beadlets on my tongue...I managed to get my breathing under control.

I'm going to up my doses of LLP, and add some nettle tea daily (great antihistamine). I didn't go out in the air yesterday because I had a pretty bad attack the morning before after being outside.

Any other suggestions?

Thank, Riki

Re: [Everything doTERRA] Husband quit LLV!!

If he is taking the full recommended dose, it may be too much for him too soon. I always suggest people start with one from each bottle and then advance slowly to the full amount. I also never start someone on the LLV without them first committing to a full three months. You can't always tell a difference in just one month.

My husband quit his LLV. He was on it as a trial this month and he says it gives him severe loose stools.

Ideas? What should he do?

Why is this happening? I keep saying he is detoxing but he says he can;t work like this.
